much needed information

hey all

im fairly new to recording and at the moment am only recording into the computer via a crappy effects pedal (soon to be a brand new zoom gfx5 yayy).

i am using adobe audition to record edit ect but i dont know what im doin.

so my question is can anyone tell me or recomend a site or sumthing that explains everything. eg the eq stuff, etc.

up to this point i hav been a "as long as it plays i dun care" sorta peron but am trying to learn stuff so plz help

Is there a tutorial with your program? You might try the 'Help' area. If you have specific questions, I might be able to help you.

thanx guys-
p90- i think it has a tutorial but i meant more just basic general mixing stuff. eg how equalization stuff works- its doesnt make much sence to me
