Also, these lessons assume that you are learning on an electric guitar, but an acoustic will work just fine. However, there are techniques here and there that will be difficult or impossible to play on an acoustic guitar.

Which lessons exactly?

That's just a disclaimer I put on there assuming that people with acoustic guitars would see all the pictures of electric guitars and immediately think that the lessons only apply to electric.

It obviously hasn't worked .... I get more email asking whether the lessons will work on an acoustic guitar than any other subject :)

All the theory and technique is more or less the same regardless of guitar type. It's pretty tough to play above the 12th fret though... so anything venturing above that spot is out... bends on the G-string are pretty tough... pick squeals are not very effective and any wammy bar techniques are definitely out of the question on an acoustic.
