It's just that his voice is so pure, and his songs are the feel-good kind. Anyway, he's kind of an inspiration to me, seeing as how he plays a lot of accoustic guitar in his songs. :smile: :smile: :smile:

Tom Petty was at a Dylan concert I went to a few months ago.

I went to a Dylan Concert a few months ago, and it was actually on a fairly small venue considering it was Bob Dylan, and Tom Petty was there, my friend said hi to him.

i just saw petty and the crows at jones beach in nyc
just freakning great
third time seeing petty at this outdoor venue he never lets me down
as for the heart breakers he always tours with them

black crows were bloody awesome chris robinsons voice was right on jams a tad sloppy but who really cares it's live rock and roll if i want perfection i go to the symphony

Saw Petty a few years ago at Jones Beach, with Lucinda Williams, I think it was.

Great show.

I like the venue too. Been going there since I was a kid.

"Feel-good kind". That's the best way to put it. I mean, I can't help but smile when listening to "Wildflowers". It's just too hippie not to, ya know? lol :o
