Flamenco & Rumba Strumming Patterns anyone?!

Well the title says it all. I"m dying to learn flamenco chord patterns with all that tapping and muting ur strings. Preferably without a pick!. Also rumba patterns rock.. and if anyone knows a good website that provide like pieces or lessons for free i would much appreciate it! THx
