Originally i designed this guitar to enter it in the Guitar World and Fender Custom guitar competition. I send it in late so it didn't win nor was it shown on the magazine as an entry. This guitar concept was my idea, a friend helped bring my vision by bringing it to life in Grahpic. The body was from one of my fav. cartoons called thundercats if anyone remembers & the headstock is my original creation. I just basically wanted to know what you guys think of it give it a rating between 1-10. Any other comments are welcome!. Also if anyone knows of a generous luthier who'd wanna build this for a very low amount let me know! haha! I asked one luthier to estimate and he said it would cost between 2000-3000 dolalrs.. Someday i Might get this built if i can find the cash for it!

I too was a big Thundercats fan... I like the body, but the headstock is a little too busy for the rest of the slick style of the axe. I like the headstock but not with that body. I would give it a 6.5/10.

do you guys know the Kansas State Wildcats? that thing's totally a wildcat. http://www.alamoflag.com/alamoflag/Images/SportFlags/ncaa/printed_flags/kansas_state_full.jpg

it's cool, but i dont know how easy it'd be to tune that thing, with those pointy bits stabbing you through the hand :p

not so much my style, and very much not a fender, but definatley a cool guitar...i'd give it a......8 as well

Thanks for the comments! awewsome, true the head stock does have too many pointy thingies when trying to tune .. maybe i'll reduce em, also my other ideas have been to maybe (still dreaming though) get a chrome cat send the body to www.simscustom.com and get it chrome'd and sorta like work out a white outlinish tiger stripes on teh chrome body i think that would be sick, original idea was to make it a white tiger model but i didn't have enough time to work on getting the tiger stripe artwork on it but i think i will make some variants of this model and see what they become. Man i really wish there was a cheap guitar maker around! haha

I want one if fight breaks out at the bar! 10 for originality, 5 for functionality. (I think we can safely rate my spelling with a 2)

not really my style...looks too fragile, and the body is too small. I like guitars that look kinda like colored bricks and can take a beating. (see my other thread hahaha...i guess nobody likes the 80s anymore :D )
