Fender Bassman?

The Bass player im my band asked me if the new fender bassman was any good. I think he wanted the 150 with the compression. Any other amps would be great but we're only 16 and he does'nt have a job so thats about all he has to spend.

I hear the Bassman's are really nice Bass amps. I have never owned or played one, but the 100 that my bro tried at the music store sounded great. If you can, go to the music store and try one out. Of course, you could always look for a used amp.
