I played last night for the first time at a school rock concert. about 11 bands, 15 min each and we are a 4 piece rock band..
and man... people say u get nervous and stage fright and the likes but it was awesome.. :headbang:

we certainly werent the best music wise but we rocked the hardest

im usually a shy person but i went nuts... just amping up the croud and stuff... i wasnt even playing wat i was meant to half teh time but it was awesome...
i had girls grabbing me allover the place... my girlfriend was quite pi**ed!!


halfway through the show i stopped and looked around, and next to our lead singer was a pile of clothes- i kid u not like at least a box ful of stuf !!!


also our singer was awesome- total showman; he was prancing and throwing clothes and hip thrusting, was awesome- at one stage he even had to say... "if your gonna throw your clothes up here dont expect to get them back!"

highlight of my night was when i went to get a drink with my girlfriend and we walked past a group of girls and one of them just pointed and gasped ...
i just burst out laughing...esp. since i dont usually get attention from girls at skool

woohoo im still pumped 24 hours later!!

lol thats awesome dude, u got better off than me...I got to play in front of a bunch of people at school once in the cafeteria, and basically just went nuts on random solos and the like, the next day i got about the same amount of attention i usually get from girls...none =P lol sounds awesome though wish i was there to see it

i played once before infront of people just sitting on the ground and this was awesome...

Yeah they just rearrange their 3 chords slightly for each song.

5.2 min long songs? cool but they only had 15 mins for all the songs

We managed 7 songs in 30 minutes with talking inbetween. songs allways go faster live :)
