Before I had the crash with my server and PC last week, I used to be able
to upload muisc and then link it anywhere on the internet.

If I wanted to upload and link something, I would upload the file, then
to link I would type:

http://f1velo-city.com/uploads/MUSIC_FILE.mp3

I can't seem to get one to link right though.

i don't understand what you are asking. i tried logging in via ftp to see if it was working, but couldn't get it. must have changed login/password or something.
