Simple animation program pleasee

Can anyone help me find a simple 2d animation program, for windows.
I want to make flash animations, and my friend has a program called EZtoon, or Easy toon, where you can draw things like you would in Paint and do that for each frame and stuff like that to make the animation.

I cant find EZtoon to download, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any programs like that, or could help me find one.

I use Flash. I'd recommend you take a look at www.flashkit.com as they have several advertisments for programs that do simple Flash anims cheaper.

get real flash off limewire? i dunno, nothing beats the real deal. i'd pay for it. it's a good program, i'd feel bad stealing it.
