Angelfire.com
Geocities.com
Most of these free ones blow goats. Try to find someone who will give you a subdomain for free. If not search on google for freewebhosts with generous space, and various coding support. Geocities, and angelfire should be a last resort.

I thought you were supposed to use Notepad...?
Anyway, Smallfrie, do you know basic coding and stuff and you want to make one from scratch or you want to use something that does it for you. I think Microsoft Front Page is a web design app, if you happen to have it.

I use Verizon DSL for e-mail.
They provide customers with web space and a web site building engine.
Mine is:

Please check it out.
It took me only a few hours to put it together initially including the initial photographs I took of my studio then placed into the site.
Hope this helps!
