No, I haven't seen that.

My bass instructor loaned me his book "Standing In the Shadows of Motown".

Just about anybody who's anybody in rock bass guitar cites Mr. Jamerson as an influence...Geddy Lee, John Entwhistle...the list goes on.

Another good musician ruined by alcohol, died at a young age.

His 1962 P-bass, the "Funk Machine", is out there somewhere, stolen before he died.

A very sad story of wasted talent, I'm a fan too:)

Big Fan here, I always dug Motown music. Jamerson is the Grand Daddy of laying down a groove.
