Not sure if this is the right board or not... :o bear with me.

I just recently uploaded some songs on a pod cast hosting site, there was a local web master looking for local music to have on his Wild Hockey pod cast station. So, I figured it would be cool... try and get some play time. Well, long story short one of my songs has already been played on a different pod cast station, The Alaska PodShow Podcast, http://www.alaskapodshow.com/. It was #29 dated the 14th this month. If you want to check it out, here's a link....

It's a 32 minute show, :( but my song starts at almost 20 minutes sharp. The guy doing the show, Scott, said "That'll get you playing a little air guitar, man... I play some guitar, but... I could never play a groove like that!" :o I don't know, it's not THAT good or technical.

Needless to say I'm a little :toohappy:. Not letting it get to my head by any means, but man... makes it all seem worth while sometimes. Especially since today is my Dad's birthday, rip. :(

Really! That's awesome man. You ever plan on putting an album together?

Seriously, it's like a drug...not that I've done any. It's just a high that you can't compare to... unless it's live!

lol, I did a couple times but I'm not getting carried away. It's actually the same song I had in that contest a couple months back ( which was a rip off btw)

Why not? It doesn't make you a 'sellout', unless you sellout... lol. Butt seriously, you don't have any intentions eh? I can totally respect that, but why not imho. It's actually cheaper per piece to have it done, than it is to do it yourself sometimes, if you do labels, etc.

heh heh, I see. Well, I'm all about staying humble... but I've heard your playing. imho, I would love to be able to say when I die.... look, I've got a CD. I missed out on a lot in life, so I'm staking my claim in music, that's why I'm so adamant. You'd be a lot better than the crap out there now days that's for sure, and then some. Spread your wings bro'.
