First of all, th big bottem E is your top E on the guitar. the rest of the letters are your other strings. Now, the figure means, play the 2nd string from the top open, then put your finger on the 9th fret on the 4th string from the top and play.Then, put your finger on the 10th fret on the next string and play. Then, put your finger on the 7th fret of on the last string and play.

Only play the strings that have numbers on them (leave out the low-E string and the D-string).
