A saddle option for three-saddle bridge lovers is the Danny Gatton Tele Saddle, drilled to sit at an angle for superior intonation. Danny Gatton developed this with help from Jay Monterose and his company, Vintique, which manufactures many high-end, custom tele parts.
Vintique bridges are ground perfectly flat on the underside before plating. The result is better coupling with the body (Which means better tone). On all teles, other than vintage peices, I would flatten the bottomo of the bridge with 80 grit wet-or-dry sand paper glued to a flat surface (or a belt sander). This will remove all burrs, dips, and warping that can be caused during the stamped-metal manufactoring. You will be able to hear the diffrence.

Aren't they about the same as the compensated bridge sold by stewmac for less money?

Thats a good idea about sanding the bottom of the metal bridge, as I suspect the edges might have some burring. Of course the top of the wood body would also have to be perfectly flat and smooth.
The sanding block itself would have to be something like smooth 3/4' MDF. You could wrap the 100 grit silicon carbide sand paper around it and then hold it stationary while moving the bridge around on it to sand.

A few companies actually make them. Compensated saddles I believe they are called. I have never had any intonation problems with my vintage brass 3 saddle bridge so far so I have never had a reason to swap. A lot of people on the tele forums I visit swap though.

i got that particular bridge and it does make a nice difference to the tone. You can also do this to a tele to make it sound clearer:http://guitar.zentao.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24715
