Bb major scale = Bb C D Eb F G A

Chords in Bb:

I = Bbmaj
ii = Cmin
iii = Dmin
IV = Ebmaj
V = Fmaj
vi = Gmin
vii = Adim

Relative minor key = G minor

What else do you need to know?

How do you play "Adim?"

Dminished is a minor chord with a flat 5.

Here's a couple of fingerings to get you started:

-----x-----
-----x-----
-----5-----
-----7-----
-----6-----
-----5-----

-----x-----
-----13-----
-----14-----
-----13-----
-----12-----
-----x-----

The diminished triad is probably one of the most difficult chords to find "comfortable" fingerings for.

Is it supposed to sound so funky?

It's a dissonant sound. That's why you won't find the chord used in your average Britney Spears or Nsync tune.

These chords function as tension that needs to resolve somewhere. Try something like this:

Adim - F#dim - Gmin (or Gmaj for a brighter ending)

or

Amin - Fmaj - Gmaj - G#dim - Amin

Very classical sounding.

The chords strongest pull is to resolve up a half step to either a major chord or a minor chord. But with a little work on your voice leading, you can use them to resolve practically anywhere.
