We are playing a Biker Bar tonite,called Rusty's. we have played there once a month for about four years. its a great place, IF they like you.I have seen bands there ask if there are any requests,and the bikers will yell THE JUKEBOX!!! there are some seriously tough customers here. the good guitars stay at home tonite,lol the Squire thru the Crate will do just fine thank you. There will be fights, lots of smoke, beers spilled on me,but i wouldnt trade it for the world.
about a year a go, i had this BIG dude request a kind of obscure song, he said most bands dont play it ( the song was 'Lazy' by deep Purple). i told him sure no problems, we can do it. i usually dont sing much,but i knew this one so i was cool with it. i told the bassist the changes and we did it. afterwards, he came up to the stage with a biker chick, told me that was awesome,and that Sherri was going to [deleted] to show his thanx. i turned pretty red, said i was married, he said she'd do something for my wife too if she wanted!!! hahahaahahahaa i let him buy me a beer instead :_devil:
