This is an exercise I just learned which incorporates hammer-ons, and pull-offs. It's fun and challenging at the same time, so enjoy. http://www.zentao.com/ubb/smilies/smile.gif

H=Hammer-on P=Pull-off
Fret the 5 with your middle finger, the seven with your pinky, and the 3 with your index finger.
Tips: No picking, not even the first note. Muffle remaining strings, so you don't get unwanted noise. The pull-off from the pinky to index finger (7P\3) is a tough one if your pinky is weak, and this is where I reap most of my benefits from this exercise. Do it in time to a metronome, and when you feel more comfortable, try it on the other strings, or even run it through several strings.
