Just curious, when is that "Punishing" practice session coming??

you know what bro...here is the deal with that...

I want to put it up just as bad as everyone wants to see it...

BUT...it is intimidating to try and tackle because...
1) it is long
2) and kinda weird...and by that I mean...to explain it correctly...it will take some time...that is the intimidating part.

BUT...requests like this make me want to do it...

Anyway...I have actually been thinking about getting back to doing that again simply because when I just started...I could have really used that...not that what I do is correct or the best..but you can take ideas from it...what you need.

So...hopefully...within 1.5 months...there..saying that will get me started...
