Thank you for your help on everything. I am 51 years old and just started to learn to play, I wish I had learned earlier in life. I love the oldies music. This is the best site for learning I have found so I am just going to hang around so thank you again for all your help.

Hi Ron...I'm 57 years old and have been playing about eleven months and loving it. My instructor is 75 years old and is what I would call a master guitarist and makes a guitar talk.
I like all sorts of music: country, blues, oldies, rock, reggae, but I make an exception to some of the new "head banger" tunes and most rap.
