its gonna be at a place called fat daddys sound shack its an all ages venue in a small town near here and can hold 200 - 400 people so im kinda nervous as to how many people will be there (there are 3 touring bands playing that night) now i realize the toruing bands arent "famous" but myspace has started the smaller bands getting quite large crowds and our band has only been precticing with our drummer for 2 weeks now so well have 3 weeks with him by the show. im not to worried about me or our bassist messing up or even the drummer messing up but the rythm guitar is far from solid. do you think i should talk to the sound man and ask him to leave the rythm player a little softer ?? im pretty sure well play fine and i will have pics and hopefully a video to go along we are getting paid 3 dollars a person that comes to see us and we have about 40 - 50 people that have promised us theyll be there so well get of with some loot too

good luck! just cram some practise in between now and the show. dont turn the rythm guitarist down though, your sound wont be as good.
