How hard would it be to make this inlayed fretboard myself if i get all the materials?

not hard, just tedious. you could just paint it on and clearcoat the hell out of it.

its already painted? is it flat like a classical guitar or does it have a slight curve?

the killer is cutting the fret slots. Naturally they need to be accurately cut, just the right thickness to hold the fret tang and there's always the risk that as you saw the slot, you'll wreck all your lovely inlay........

sorry to burst the bubble but it sounds like WAY too much work. Brice Wei'll do it for FAR less than you think!!

Well Ive already emailed him and he wanted a hell of alot of money to do it.
And the site I found this on wanted $600 plus a new fretboard to do it on.
