Hey, im edwards. im 15 and im a sophmore in high school. i started playing guitar in the summer of '01 (i think) after my mom (who's been playing acoustic for about twenty years) said she'd give me $20 bucks if i could learn all the notes on my first act acoustic and learn to read music. I didnt start playing anything more than twinkle twinkle little star until summer of '06, when i got my mom to sign me up for lessons. im still taking lessons and still learning the basics. i really dont understand anything about equipment, how to get the sounds i want, or even what those sounds are. i was told about this site by my uncle (Hambone) and im impressed so far.

eh, she doesnt play any more. she wants to have long nails or something like that and wont get them short again. she used to play all the time though, until we moved. she just never picked it back up.
