battle of the bands

my band was chosen for battle of the bands!!! wooohooo we're all really nervous cause this is our first "gig" and the PA and soundsystem is supposed to suck. I was reading insomniac_guitarist's thread...very reassuring. thanks dude.
and i don't hold it against you that your english. my grandma's english and i have tea parties with her.

yah...battle was tonight we sucked, everything possible that could go wrong did. Mics didn't work...my guitar stop working in the middle of our set. I'm gonna try take it in tommorrow. Has every happened to one of you guys, it won't pick up when i stum chords hard, but when i pick notes or stum softly, its fine. I know its teh guitar cause i tried it with different cables and different amps.

yah well...sigh, we'll just make sure these things don't happen next time
