Okay well so far me and my band have been playin anywhere we can. Peoples basements a few talent shows coffee shops and even on the streets.(WE ARE THE AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOLERS) In Seattle you can't just go into a bar or nightclub when you're 15,16,17 years old, it sucks we have to play where ever it dosn't have a "ID Check" sign at the door. And alot of the kids in my area play guitar maybe once a week or so. And they can probably play a few crappy Mettalica songs and a few from Nivana. And next year the same kids will go out and pick up a skateboard at forget all about music. Its so hard to find serious teen artists, we don't even got a drummer its just me a two other guitar players. There's places where we go (like coffee shops) that you can't play what you really want to play becasue they are like "turn that crap down". haha, well I guess thats not a place you bring your marshall into. But any advice? Where can a teen band play now a dayz?

You could get a busking license if you don't have a job and have loads of free time. If you're good and find a good spot you can make a decent amount of scratch off that. Mind you, buskers need to be adaptable folk who can roll with the punches. Other than that, I'd say try to get exposure playing school events (not dances; everyone wants DJs nowadays), and then if you get a small following you might be able to grab a gig at an establishment of some kind (Community halls and the like). If you have a public amphitheatre where you live, you could jam there once in a while and maybe attract a small group of fans (fans being people who know the bands name). But other than that, it's damn tough to get gigs if you can't drink.
