Hey listen,....I went through the same thing for years!! I sang well in the shower and in the car(when some of my favorite tunes would come on) and only sang in front of a very select few! One by one(and time after time) they told me that I sounded o.k. and that I should take it to another level. THAT WAS CLOSE TO 20 YEARS AGO MAN!(So don't waste ALL that time wondering) Now, today, I preform in front of anyone who wants to sit & listen,...some like it,....hey and some don't!(that will always happen no matter how good you may become and it's really O.K. doesn't bother me as much as it used to)

Most important thing is: Have fun with the music and the heck with what most people think!(in a good way of course http://www.zentao.com/ubb/smilies/wink.gif )

Wow...Im just surprised that you have done that in two years work. Ive just broke the 1 year barrier and I can barely solo OR even (as in other threads) play easier songs flawlessly...and thats with a lot of practice. Although its a bad habit, I end up deleting all my jams because I hate em' http://www.zentao.com/ubb/smilies/smile.gif.

Anyway, I liked your song, definately digging the reggae riff in the middle and the solo sounds nice but like someone said, a nice melodic foundation would be nice if you are looking for a more jazzy style.

Who you talkin' to zbalz? Regarding the two years and reggae riffs and the like,...cause I don't see any write up to what was played etc.

Are you talkin' to the ohter guy? http://www.zentao.com/ubb/smilies/confused.gif
