i bought a jackson rhoads a while ago and i have some future ideas for it.... its nothing ill do anytime soon its just some plans if lets say.... the paintjob gets destroyed.
1st off an idea is repainting, and since the neck isnt painted i would like to paint it aswell is it a lot of work doing this?(painting the neck that is).the colour of the guitar would be some sort of red.
2nd is maybe change the pickups... but i dont know
3rd maybe cut out a piece of the body just below the neck, to give even better hight fret access.(more wishthinking than an uctuall idea)
the idea of the guitar is to be a little like the guitar kai hansen used when he was in helloween( but not a straight of copy just in that direction).
give me ur comments, i have no experience working with guitars before and the model of the guitar is RX10D.
