My Plexi Clone Just blew up. Don't know what happened.......I started hearing crackling after each note or chord. I tapped the amp and it seemed to stop. Then it just made a loud Fzzzzzzt and Poof. Nothing but a burnt Smell. Its a high end Fullton Webb from Austin Texas. I know they will take care of me but its still a major PITA . :(
So much for a relaxing Sunday...........

Well........I just heard from the maker Bill Webb. I sent the amp to him for repairs and the first thing he said when he called me is..........Ahhhhhhh one of my children has returned home! I really liked that response and it shows me how much he cares about every amp that leaves his shop.
He promised me he would make it right again . I miss it but its good knowing its in good hands. He also has a few updates and upgrades I'm gonna get while its there and under the knife. :)

Yeah it's always good when you know someone will take good care of your gear as if it was their own. Unlike our local rockshop who I witness smacking guitars down on the bench and installing pickups. When I saw him do it to my guitar I told him to get ****** and took my guitar and got someone else to do it.

Sorry about your amp. :[
But Congrats on the repairs, upgrades and who is doing it...
It is COOL that he is that way..
A few Big Name Brands could learn alot and be alot better with this attitude.
Take Care:
