In a word, no.
But you do have options. That is called stripping tracks and it isn't very easy or very feasable when dealing with backing tracks, which is probably what you want.
You can however, import .mp3's, .wav's,.aiff's and others into several music editors and tweak here and there to maybe, loop parts of the song to infinity so you can practice soloing. It's a simple deal, just download cooledit2000 and try the demo. www.cooledit.com (http://www.cooledit.com) might work but I don't know the link offhand.
You can also use kareokee (sp) functions in some mp3 players to strip those leads. Since lots of leads consist of highs, the emulation of kareokee machines within current players will change frequencies to remove voices, which also can remove leads, but it's not a science.
The best thing to do is get a good multitrack recorder, either hardware or on your computer and start making your own tracks to the songs you like.
It's very addictive once you actually start doing it and you can easily download .midi files that will help you if you want percussion etc. Very fun, very addictive and very, very helpful in your learning.
Enjoy!

I've been to some sites that have Jam Loops you can download. Usually a progression played over and over. It should help. If you are still around and want to try it repost here and I'll find you the URLs.

If you download cooledit2000 and go to loopology.com they have loops that are easy to insert and work with. All free.
