First "Celtic" like song: Feedback Please

The Tuning on my guitar was DbGbDbGbBbDb. It's kind of a tough tuning to work around, but I did my best here. Please tell me what you think!

Hey Man,

Sounds pretty cool. I like it. Even though I don't really here the Celtic'ness of it. It's still a cool creative atmospheric tune, which I really like.

Judgeing by that song and the reference to Celtic Style Music, you are someone that I think would really like Steve Morse's CD "High Tension Wires" it's full of music like that. He blends incredible heavy and technical guitar riffs with a really cool Celtic Feel.
It's amazing how he can take a Celtic Style song that totally feels like you are on the set of BraveHeart than add a Screaming maxed out, ripping Marshall solo on top of it and it sounds good, not hoakey.

I have seen the CD on Ebay for as little as 5 bucks.
I highly suggest you (or anyone)listen to it as a source for creative ideas from someone who pushes the limits of fusing Rock and Celtic music.

So listen, how the hell do you find the time to record all this stuff?
Do you work?
Do you have a Job?

Man I wish I had the spare time you do.

BTW, I also meant to ask what you use for your guitar sound.
Do you record direct into a soundcard?
What pre-amp are you using?
Etc etc.

Thanks for the good feedback! It's more "celtic" in the way that it's based on the pentatonic major scale, which is what alot of celtic music is based on.

It isnt very Celtic BUT I do like it.

But I cant stand that it is so bad out of tune!
=) Maybe redo it with your guitar intune.

But I think you have a nice piece there.

TECH NOTE:
I am new here and I am no Guitar GOD but I am a professional player and i seem to hear a lot of guys on this site need to TUNE UP THEN RECORD I mean this in a humble nice way.
