Good stuff, nice and concise. I also like the order you've put them in.
But I suggest you label your "-" chords as "m7", or at least "-7".;)

Yeah I suppose that could get confusing; albeit, personally I've yet to see "-" used for regular minor chords.

Yeah I suppose that could get confusing; albeit, personally I've yet to see "-" used for regular minor chords.I think that's because jazz tends to assume that everything has a 7th! (unless otherwise indicated).
Technically "-" on its own just means a minor triad - although you're right those are pretty rare in jazz. (Your other chord symbols all include a "7", right? Even tho "dim" or "o" is often shorthand for dim7.)
I would probably assume m7 if I saw plain "-", but then I'm experienced enough to judge from context.
In practice, in chord charts, I see a combination of "-" and "-7" (in fact I think the latter is more common).
Anyway, the point here (for those relative beginners most likely to benefit from your voicings) is that "-7" is obviously less ambiguous , in case of confusion with "-6" or "-maj7" (melodic minor chords).

The Root 5 Cmaj7 should be

-----
--5--
--4--
--5--
--3--
-----

It won't let me edit it up there though hmm.
