Hi, Ive just started to teach my self drums, I can do basic rock beats:

Does anyone know a classic rock song that I could easily play along to?

Anything AC/DC will do if you're just starting to rock out on the skins.
Paradise City is an easier one, but remember to flare the snare drum at the beginning.

One thing that helped me improve when I started was working on my seperation of the feet and hands. I listened to a lot of Killswitch Engage & Underoath to help with that.

All the songs listed above are great to learn to as well. Try any of those and Worlds Apart - Journey. Its just a fun song to play to.
