Jammin' with my buddy, Jake. Trying out a new Epi VJ combo that I got a week or so ago. That's a P90 equipped Reverend gittar I'm playin'...Jake's playin' a 5 string Tobias bass.
Haven't played much 'lectric gittar for the past 18 months, mostly just been strummin' around... Ain't even used a pick more'n a couple times during that year and a half, so I'm sloppy.
Happy with the VJ... the head and speaker version sound even better, but I didn't want to lug it to his basement.
Just a minute's worth of noise...

Great job Bro Slo. Loved the blues shuffle you were laying down. Nice little licks you were tossing in at the end.
I had one of theose Ep V jr combos when they first came out. it was a sweet little amp. I should have kept it, but alas, live and learn.

It's about 450 miles...I'm up close to the Canadian border in my Aframe cabin, at least right now I am. Sold my houses in central WA, so now I'm a homeless person. ;)
I'm headin' for Fort Benning, GA, the 3rd of Nov to watch my youngest boy graduate boot camp, but I'll be back before mid November...so we'll see how it works out, would love to jam with ya, bro.
If you're bringing that beautiful redhead with ya, maybe she can teach my g/f how to talk right, lol!

Yeah, I called acoustics "expensive firewood" back then. :) They hurt my fingers!!
Lisa, I thank ya for yer kind words, ma'am, you so sweet. ;)

I wish we were, too, bro...door's always open, ya know.

I'm sure likin' mine. I also have the head and cab...I've played my Champ600 thru the speaker cab...sounds a LOT better that way.

Friends, gittars, beer, and bluz (maybe a little bit of hick throwed in)...yep, that just about covers it. And that other thing, of course. ;) Can't see as to where a man could get too much of any of those things.
Thanks for givin' a listen, bro T.

Gonna try to play a little more 'lectric gittar, as long as my fingers'll hold out.
Appreciate ya listening to us, m'good friend.

There'll always be another cover coming along pretty soon. ;)
My friend Jake, who is blind by the way, is pretty much a beginner (with a Tobias bass:rolleye:) and only knows how to play in A. So we'll see how it goes with him.
