hi. been gone a while. might not be very active on here much,
but if anyone still remembers me and my guitar playing,
i have 5 new tracks on my page if you wanna give them a listen.
2 are original, and 3 are covers. added my own stuff to the covers.

Hey everybody!

Last night I found a strange looking computer mic in a box of rubbish I had left in my parents' attic. I hooked it up to my moms old PC and slooooowly searched and downloaded Audacity. This is what came out of the 30mins I had to spare... www.soundclick.com/theepicus

Another addition to LSD For The Masses :D

This one is 3 guitar tracks and 1 vocal track.
All done by yours truly... (even the godawful vox)
My tuning is C G C G C D# (open C pretty much)

There'll be a lot more to the finished version.
There are a couple more parts to it I've yet to record.
This was just one take stuff done in like an hour.

It goes out of a sync in some parts, but that's something wrong with either my recording software or computer. I'ma post in the redlight district either later or tomorrow to get some help on that...

Lemme know what you guys think of it so far!

EDIT: In the final version, I will be using a violin bow to do a few parts. Just gotta wait for it to come in the mail.... :o

A while ago I posted the demo song "The forest" and got stuck with the feeling I should do more with it.

Here is the story behind the pictures & Music :

A piece of music I created as a demo of how a cheapo Stagg guitar (Telecaster copy) can sound.
The atmosphere the music breaths reminded me of the contrast between the industrial world and nature

Here's an attempt at a studio kinda recording of a song I wrote a while ago. It came out a lot different than I would play it acoustically. Hope you enjoy.

PS. Vocals are not the best. Spent the least time on them, which is probably the opposite of necessity.HERE!.

JS Members do charity show

Ok fellow JS'ers, As many of you might remember a while back, RogerL, posted a thread regarding a charity show that myself, RogerL, Synchro and ArivacaCharlie agreed to do for a couple of our local Community Food banks. Unfortunately RogerL had to bow out, but the show must go on!

I'm happy to report that the show on November 15th was a great success! My thanks to fellow JS forum members Synchro and ArivacaCharlie, and (non-member) Grandpa Dennis, for making the afternoon one to remember. They kindly donated their precious time and made personal sacrifices to see this through. Thanks guys!

The event was co-sponsored by A&W Root Beer and the West Side Rides car club with a good turnout of classic cars, 80+ I'm told; and the weather couldn't have been better. Click on the link below for a little sample....

This is my song "Can't Find the Blues" which you might like if you liked the first one. This is with a 4-piece. Not my usual rhythm guitarist but my usual drummer and bass player. The other guitarist would have been my younger brother (who WAILS on guitar BTW) but he'd had rotator cuff surgery a few days prior to this.

CNN News Report Inspires New Song: Child Without A Home

Watched this CNN Report recently and this is happening nationwide
but has reached true crisis proportions in Las Vegas. Public Schools
are now stockpiling food and clothes for these kids.
This report really got to me. My heart goes out to these kids and I've
written a song just now about this.

What about these homeless children? Do the Wall Street executives
really need and deserve bonuses when there are children who are
homeless as a result of economic collapse caused by unchecked
Wall Street Greed?
