A different sort of flavor here

This is a little stray from my norm, I'm trying to expand my horizons a bit.

Right now I'm just calling it Mourning Jazz... just a little play on words. w/e, but here it is... I'd sure appreciate feedback. I know there's a few off notes on it, but all in all what would you grade it at? It's one of my first one's using drums off my new mixer. Gettin er' done..... Mourning Jazz

EDIT : Pay the intro no mind, it's sort of akward.

Does no one like the cool easy soundz of Jazz anymore? Ok, I can't really call it Jazz.... but someone's got to have an opinion. Even if it's a negative one. Negative feedback is better than no feedback .....
